D'Ambria fell in love with food as a child, cooking and gardening with her grandparents. As time went by food never left her heart;after working for over 9 years in hospitality she took her degree from the Univeristy of Houston Bauer College of Business and opened Sophisticated Delights. Since opening D'Ambria has had get opportunity to cater all over Houston and America for a multitude of clients from Oil and Gas Companies, ESPN, The Univeristy of Houston, TSU, and More Brides and Clients than she can count!

D'Ambria's dedication to amazing food and customer service has lead to the expantion of her company and her clientele. Growing up in Tyler, Texas to a big family gave her insight to what special occasions were all about, the 3 things, Food, Family and Love. The Goal became how could she recreate that and deliver it to her clients. She had done more than the standard Catering company because Sophisticated Delights is more than a brand it is a life style.
